Yes, that is me :)

I still have chronic pain with the shoulder. I still cannot bowhunt, golf is painful and even racing leaves me very sore for three to five days afterwards. I have started working out with very light weights and as many reps as I can do but that has been a challenge due to the pain. I am hoping that I can at least get some strenght back in that side of my body as I was starting to lose alot of muscle mass. I want to some day be able to bowhunt again and golf on a regular basis but it doesn't look good. The biggest thing that has helped is trigger point injections and then also pain killers but I hate being reliant on those.

I definitely have built up my defensive driving skills but still don't think I could avoid a car driving straight into the side of my car!
